Hello, I recently submitted an account opening application for Philippine National Bank on May 3. They said they would notify me within 2 days, but I haven’t heard anything from them since then. Is it normal for PNB or other banks to take this long? I currently live alone in a province, and school is about to start. Right now, the only banking service I can access is GCash.
