Not too sure if everyone’s Contact Center has this, but we have a line we can call to speak to a supervisor or a more senior employee to work through tough calls. They usually help clarify a procedure or tell you where to find a document. They have this and tell us if we need help to use it. Oh but they don’t tell you that you are secretly being monitored and judged for how often you call for assistance. And some of the people on the line just act like you’re a huge inconvenience if you call. I hate it here lol
