This blatant ignorance drives me insane
Okay so this is definitely a more personal story, but this is specifically targeted at lgbtq+ ex jw’s. Have any of y‘all had some JW find out you were queer? For me, my mum had gone through a very..questionable GC of mine (which I regret, I’d been young and a piece of shit), and had found out that not only am I aroace, I’m a trans guy. Since she and my dad are homophobic af, they were livid and took away all electronics for months. Since then me and my mum have had MULTIPLE talks about my identity, but it still drives me insane by how IGNORANT JWS ARE. Over and over she tries to ask “b-but couldn’t you live a happy life as a girl and put daddy jehovah first?🥺” no? Stop trying to convince and covert me to a religion thats toxic and cultish. Thank fuck I left
