Sexual harassment?
I’m in the process of leaving my job of 4 years due to financial reasons but also because my boss makes me uncomfortable. I’m pretty sure this is sexual harassment but since I’ve never reported any of these incidents when they happened idk what can be done. He has made comments about how I’m a conventionally attractive young woman. He also one time when I was going for dental surgery asked if I was scared to be under anesthesia in case the dentist does something inappropriate to me. I do have a co worker for a witness for that incident who was appalled he would say that. He’s in his mid 30s I’m in my mid 20s and I noticed that he has a strict loud tone with other girls near my age in lower positions than him. I’ve seen him make another girl in another department cry by screaming at her and he’s made me cry before as well. He acts super “nice” and social with people in management he thinks are on his level which makes it really hard for me to come forward. He also has a criminal record for possession and transmission of child p*rnogrophy over 10 years ago which now he’s not on the registry but we work around children. Every time a little girl comes in he’s asks if she can “do a twirl” when they’re wearing dresses and he stares way too long. It makes me incredibly un easy and I have no idea where to start with reporting this.
