We're thinking of moving to Maple Valley, because honestly, decent homes have been ridiculously expensive in Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah etc. I know the commute between MV and downtown Bellevue (I must be in office daily) isn't great. But is it THAT bad? I can be flexible on exact timing, i.e. leave at 10AM to avoid rush hour. I do have daycare pickup by 5PM, so that's a hard requirement, but could head back south at 2:30PM. Thoughts? Will I go nuts and hate my life?
