Why arent my items sellinggg help

I've had 47 items sitting on my Vinted profile for weeks and almost nothing sells. I started comparing my prices to similar sold listings manually and realized I was overpricing half of them but it took me hours to figure that out.

Do you guys actually research sold prices before listing, or do you just guess? And if something sits for more than 2-3 weeks, what do you do , lower the price, relist, or just give up?

Also curious, is the problem usually the price, the photos, or just bad timing/season? Trying to figure out if there's a pattern here.

Honest question for anyone who's been doing this a while — what do you actually do when someone cancels last minute?

Honest question for anyone who's been doing this a while — what do you actually do when someone cancels last minute?

I had a friend who's a stylist vent to me about this last week and I genuinely had no idea how common it was. She said she loses like 2-3 appointments a week to cancellations and by the time she's texted a few people the slot is just... gone. She said she tried making a "cancellation list" in her notes app but it's chaos.

Is this actually a widespread thing or is she just unlucky? And if it is, how are you handling it right now? Does any booking software actually solve this or do they just do reminders (which is different)?

Also semi-related — what's the most annoying part of running your business day to day? Not the clients themselves lol, more like the admin/logistics side. Curious what's actually painful vs what people just complain about online.
