Multiple emails over the past few days - no resolve. Msgd Chloe too, still waiting for that response. And here we are at a weekend. 😖
To my knowledge this should have rerouted to a new pharmacy bc of the ProRx stop. And my order was not one of the ones that cxld either. Asked multiple times before it renewed to make sure it was good to leave it and let it reroute and was told yes it'd be fine... and yet here I still am. Past dosing day and still no answers. So just waiting I guess.
Also called Hallendale yesterday to check and see if they got it by chance (mine is no additive) and no record of order being sent to them. I want to know what pharmacy it was sent to, if it was even rerouted to a new pharmacy at all. Or was it just sent to ProRx with a full stop a.k.a. to sit in limbo til I do something more about it. So this is me doing something about it.. hence my post.
BEYOND frustrated.. esp bc I made prior contact trying to avoid this and got the "all good"! Grief!!!!
