No shortage of contributors with posts that seek a rating. It’s genuinely admirable to seek investing and savings feedback, however there may be nuances unique for each investor. For instance everyone has their own risk tolerance (go big or go home VS save for retirement). Financial education varies from one person to the next, and there is a growing segment of Financial Coaching. There is no formal rating per se, but consistent monthly attention will serve any investor well, as this is a long game.
