Hi, I want to ask if there is any way to reduce yhe amount of resources steam itself use in the background. I asked cause I notice on my laptop whenever steam is active the fan would rev up while it wont while steam is stop using task manager. I want to not need to manually boot steam when I want to play game but dont really want to trade off with my system being used too much by the aplication as well. Thank you so much in advance.
