Need to leave home
I am disabled with a medical condition, but no benefits or financial support. I require specific foods and supplements to survive. I have very little energy. I have been under the care of my ailing parents, one who is extremely sick. I am unable to help them and they are unable to help me. I can no longer stay in this household. My mother’s mental instability has reached critical mass. It is affecting my health further. My daughter has somewhere to go, but I cannot stay there. I have countless medical appointments I need to get to, but no resource. Tried calling Medicaid transport and they have denied assistance more than 3 times. They have given me different reasons. I need to get to my appointments and I need to leave my current residence. I cannot apply for disability. What is available in our area for help?
