I bought a device on the used market in Germany and had it sent from Bonn at the Deutsche Post office on the 8th of May but ever since the tracking status only says "we are expecting your shipment data soon". Seller sent me a picture of the proof of drop off with the right date and hour and the right address in France. This document stated an expected delivery on the 11th. I really don't know what to do I cannot contact support because the ZIP Code doesn't matter apparently but is perfectly fine on the receipt... can someone please tell me what's going on?
