I just wanted to change the email account associated with my Fizz account to one that I used frequently.

At Fizz support people have scripted solutions for common issues however if you have an issue that is outside of that scope do not expect a resolution.

I was told by the support person they did not have access to do this and thus there could be no resolution as I had already created a new account under the new email address thus preventing them from making any change. The only thing they could think of is waiting 3 years for the account to be auto deleted.
