Rough teeth and hot cold tooth pain

The symptoms just keep coming for me. Ugh. 4 months post levofloxacin.

Anyone have rough teeth since floxing? The backs of my front top and bottom teeth are now rough seemingly overnight. This happened about 2 months post Flox after a surgery I had, where I had benzo, anesthesia, oxycodone, and Ibuprofen after surgery (I didn't know I couldn't have those things). The rough teeth and hot cold sensitivity seemed to happen overnight.

I had the most perfect teeth before this crap. Even dentists were always amazed at my teeth and I'm 43 never had a cavity nothing. I'm terrified my teeth are ruined?

What is this? Are my teeth now suddenly demineralized? How can I counter this? What about the hot cold sensitivity in my molars? Is that gum recession causing that? I can't even rinse my mouth out with cold sink water. I have to warm the water up to rinse otherwise it hurts!

Anyone else have this and what did you do to restore your teeth? Did it go away with time? Or is this a lifelong dental issue we now have?

How to heal gut with so many food/sup sentivities?

Histamine, dairy, and gluten intolerance since taking this poison. Zero food intolerances before this.

But I can't take anything for anything related to flox symptoms (I swear I got them ALL, not just tendon stuff). No supplements. Anything I take I flare up. Tendons hurt. Major headaches and twinges in my head. Mood is tanked and I'm crying all day. Burning pains in my abdomen. The whole works. I can't eat anything fermented with probiotics because they're high histamine.

I even tried a whole foods based multivitamin to try to get my body some nutrition (I can't eat but 5 foods for 4+ months now) and, not surprisingly, that flared me up big time because of the ingredients including tomato and strawberries, for example - both high histamine. I've tried synthetic multivitamin and that flares me too. FML.

Dao enzyme does nothing. I swear it must be a placebo or something because it does nothing to help even if I take it some time before eating even a slightly higher histamine food.

So my question is, for those who CANT EAT A DAMN THING, what have you eaten or taken to actually aid in healing your body? What have you done?!

There's a whole list of supplements that everyone swears by and I can't take any of them. Body is at a stand still and not getting better. How can I heal my gut, which allegedly tackles the histamine issue, if I can't eat or take anything to heal my gut?!!

So discouraged.

And please don't just tell me to "rest". Some of us don't have the luxury of just taking off life for months on end. I have to work otherwise we'd be out on the streets. I have to take care of my young kids.

Visiting family members with moldy houses

Do you just never go visit then anymore?!

I have a family member with a moldy house and don't know what to do. We are very close but I can't afford to stay in a hotel for days/weeks that I go visit them. And I'm even afraid to relapse if I even go into their house.

What do you do?

Class action lawsuit

In the [hopeful] future event that there ever is a class action lawsuit for those who were affected by Flouroquinolones, I want to make sure I'm in on that! Even if it's 20, 30, 40+ years from now.

So my question is, is there somewhere I should get it put on record that I'm affected? Or is it just make sure my doctor has it in the doc notes?

I thought I read somewhere that we are supposed to report our reaction to the FDA or something like that? is that where I'd have it on some kind of record?

Can't go barefoot

I'm 4 months post Flox and still very much acute.

I bought some Hoka shoes to wear because my Achilles burn and hurt so bad if im barefoot, along with major pain in my heel pads. The hokas make a significant positive difference in my heel pad and Achilles pain.

I wear my hokas all day from the time I wake up until the time I go to bed.

But when I take them off for any small period of time, for example to shower, my Achilles burn so much.

What should I do? Im afraid that in the long run wearing these shoes will train my Achilles to not work properly and then if/when I get better, I'll never be able to walk barefoot again because of shortened Achilles that will tear if I go barefoot?

Is there something I should be doing each day to counter this long term effect? Maybe force my feet to walk barefoot a small number of steps each day to keep the achillies trained? (Burns so much when I do this!)

Maybe I'm overthinking it. Is it ok to seek this relief all day everyday with the hokas while I'm in acute?

Will I ever be able to eat junk food again?

I'm wondering if there is anyone here who had digestive issues from floxing, such as food sensitivities, reflux, and every other digestive stuff floxing does, and were you ever able to eat junk food ever again once you recovered?

I'm not talking eat it once a year. I mean, were you able to go back to eating whatever you wanted whenever you wanted?

I don't want to eat extremely clean like this the rest of my life. I was such a foodie before this crap and restaurants, pizza, pasta with all the creamy goodness to it, casseroles, ice cream, cheezits, sausage, evening dinner with friends, a glass or two of wine, beer, fried foods, fair/carnival foods, hearty soups, movie theater popcorn, chocolate, donuts and other pastries, cakes, and all the other unhealthy foods brought me happiness in life. I can't stand this bland rabbit food diet I'm forced to eat for months now (I'm still in acute for 4 months). I honestly wish I only had tendon issues and not diet issues on top of the crippling tendon pain. At least I'd have my comfort food.

Or is this my life forever now? No more foods that actually taste good?

Right now I can't even have dairy, gluten, histamine foods, etc. This is absolute torture for me. I just want to eat more than bland chicken breast and rice and potatoes.
