Employer side attorneys- is this a thing?[Canada]

I’ve been in US HR for a while but I am completely new to Canadian employment law. I’m trying to learn more about the basics but need someone to talk to so I can work through some things so I understand better.

Is it an unusual request to reach out to an attorney just to learn more?

Alternatively, what resources are best for Canadian labor law. The webinars help but sometimes my questions are more specific.

I am mainly in Alberta.

Closest to ear is Erborian BB au ginseng in nude
Missha in 23
Purito in 23

Erborian feels closest but maybe a little light, but I’m terrible at figuring this out.

Light/light medium/medium BB cream swatches

Since I’m spending all my money trying to figure out what I am I figured I’d share so other ladies can benefit. I think I’m light- medium neutral ever so slightly leaning cool and extremely muted olive. Desaturated is primary over olive, but the olive still hangs around to complicate everything more. My best match so far is a mix of missha 23 and 25. The erborian nude was the perfect undertone for me but too light. 😭 so close yet still so far.
