End-to-End AI Video Producer & VSL Expert – E-Commerce Store
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, "AI-native" VSL (Video Sales Letter) Specialist for our online store. You will not just be editing videos; you will be orchestrating the entire AI generation and production pipeline to produce high-converting VSLs ranging from 1 to 10 minutes in length.
How We Work
We provide the video scripts and our product images. Your job is to handle the entire process from scratch:
Starting Frames – Creating hyper-realistic starting images using models like Nano Banana 2 or GPT Image 2.
Video Generation – Animating these frames into high-quality B-roll and "product-in-use" scenes using advanced video models like Seedance 2.0 via API platforms like Kie.ai. You must know how to use multimodal reference images to keep our product visually consistent across scenes.
Voiceover & Audio – Generating natural, high-converting voiceovers using tools like ElevenLabs or MiniMax, perfectly synced to the video.
Assembly & Editing – Stitching everything together, matching the pacing scene-by-scene, adjusting speed, and adding captions in CapCut Pro, Premiere, or After Effects.
Workflow Automation – Utilizing Claude Code to orchestrate, analyze scripts, and streamline your prompt engineering tasks.
Requirements
Expert-level knowledge of the latest AI video and image models (Seedance 2.0, Sora 2, Veo 3, GPT Image 2 / Nano Banana Pro).
API Experience – Deep understanding of how to generate content through API aggregators like Kie.ai or Fal.ai to manage generation costs and access raw models.
Agentic Workflows – Experience using Claude Code or similar agentic coding systems to manage your creative workflows and prompts.
Product Consistency – Proven ability to use reference inputs to make an AI character hold or use a specific product naturally without AI artifacts or distortion.
Editing Mastery – Strong skills in pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling for direct-response e-commerce video ads.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver consistent quality.
The Paid Test
We only hire highly skilled experts. Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid test where you will create a 2-minute video ad based on our script. You will use our product image to independently generate AI scenes of our product in use, add the AI voiceover, and provide the final edited video.
Current Workload & Pay
Approximately 4 hours per day (Mon–Fri), with plans to scale up to full-time as we grow.
Pay: $15/hour depending on your exact skill level, speed, and portfolio quality.
