It’s been driving me NUTS that not a single person brought up the mourning dove call that plays after Bear’s cat dies, and after they rid of Sarah’s body.

Part of me thinks that it’s correlated to Bear mourning the “loss” of something or someone. It’s an intentional decision for that to happen not once, but twice.

It shows that Bear never truly mourned the “loss” of the real Nikki. (I mean let’s be real, we all know that).

I think it’s ingenious. It’s so clever and I feel like maybe I’m the only person who caught that.
