Would love to know if someone is in a similar situation and what to think/expect about it:

I’ve been working in public service as a teacher for 11 years total and have always made my payments on time. I submitted all of my employment verification, and based on my counts, I should qualify for PSLF forgiveness at this point but because of the freeze I'm stuck at 114/120.

I truly believe that if they hadn’t been, I would actually be owed a refund beyond forgiveness because I would have exceeded the required qualifying payment timeline.

I submitted a PSLF reconsideration request months ago (and originally opened a case over a year ago), and it still feels like I’m getting nowhere. I’ve contacted StudentAid.gov again asking them to review my employment certifications and reconsider my account.

Has anyone else experienced this?
How long did reconsideration take for you?
Did anyone eventually get forgiveness or refunds after being stuck in review limbo this long?

I honestly don’t even know what to expect anymore and would appreciate hearing from anyone in a similar situation.
