Going mad over an incident while searching legitimate info

M26 here. Somewhat over a year ago I was doing research on history of legislation around age-of-consent and pornography production.

Long story short eventually I used some query that could seem suspicious (or maybe not, I don't remember the exact phrasing) but wasn't worried much since I didn't intend to access any illegal materials anyway.

But as I found an article I was interested in I felt dizziness and mistapped a link that promised illegal materials. The site was old and the video wouldn't load, but there still was a thumbnail of sorts so I used it to do a reverse image search and found out the actress in the video was adult after which I left and continued to read up on the article I intended to in the first place and done reading more of the written sources on the subject for

hours that day and in days that followed.

Pretty much my whole history from that period would confirm that my intent was legitimate but at the same time I'm afraid that someone can warp my intentions and accuse me of something I never wanted to do.

I have been paralyzed with this kind of thought for days now, and tried to do play it in my mind, but understand that I'm not really able to solve this without some kind of outside input.
