We received a tote that contained a rejected return from the AVR. The problem is that the items in the tote do not match the items listed on the rejected return paperwork. I cannot find anywhere on StoreNet (because who can ever find ANYTHING on StoreNet) what it is I’m supposed to do. Do I just update my on hands for the listed item and the received items? The items we did get are not things that we ever dispense so I don’t want to be stuck with them forever when they say we can’t return them since we never were sent them.
