tired of seeing “just launched and already 10k downloads” posts. here’s my actual reality.

built a shopify app solo from scratch. no team, no investors, no cs degree. just me figuring it out. it’s live. it works. it solves a real problem i had myself.

reality check:

• zero real installs • zero revenue • zero page view data — flying completely blind • ranks top 10 for my keywords but no idea if anyone is even clicking

tried reddit, tiktok, cold email. get some eyes but nothing converts. and i refuse to spend money on ads when the app makes nothing — that math doesn’t work.

everybody posts their wins. nobody talks about being stuck at zero with no data, no feedback, and no idea what’s actually broken.

if you’ve actually been here — not the highlight reel version — what moved the needle for your first real installs? and if you want to look at my listing and tell me what you’d fix, i’d genuinely appreciate it.

built a shopify app solo, ranks top 10 for my keywords, zero real installs. what am i missing?

built it from scratch, no team, just me. it solves a real problem — i had the problem myself so i built the thing i wished existed.

it’s live, it works, and i can see it showing up in search. but i have no idea if anyone is even clicking through to the listing. no page view data, no impressions, nothing. completely flying blind.

tried reddit, tiktok, cold email outreach. get some eyes here and there but nothing actually converting into installs.

and i’m not going to spend money on ads when the app is making zero — that just doesn’t make sense before i even know what’s broken.

not sure if it’s the screenshots, the description, no reviews yet, or just not enough volume to know anything. hard to diagnose with basically no data.

anyone been in this spot with a shopify app or any app store launch? what actually got you your first real installs? and if you want to look at the listing and tell me where you’d bounce, i’d take that over encouragement any day.

[FREE] How to get a Shopify-style checkout on WooCommerce

Your WooCommerce store is leaking money and your checkout is the hole.

Not your product. Not your price. Not your ads.

Most WooCommerce store owners obsess over traffic, SEO, and product photos — then send hard-earned visitors to a checkout that looks and feels like it was built in 2009. Multiple steps, cluttered fields, zero trust signals.

Shopify figured this out years ago. Their checkout is clean, minimal, one page. It converts because it gets out of the way.

WooCommerce never solved this. So we did.

Checkimate brings that exact Shopify-style checkout experience to WooCommerce — clean, fast, one page, right out of the box.

Plus order bumps, abandoned cart recovery, and full analytics built in.
