Ok so I bought the RuffRover 2.0 hard bottom dog backseat cover last August. The product comes with a 1 year warranty, and I paid an additional 14.99 for an extended 5 year warranty. I had a zipper break and one of the buckles that went around the headrest so I emailed with pictures and this was my reply..

Am I crazy for being shocked at a 40% reimbursement after I go find and make an appointment at an upholstery?!
