I have over 1,000 positive feedback. 1 Neutral feedback for some bs reason that was out of my control.

Just recently I've had 2 people purchase items that I did not offer returns on(men's clothing). They(separate buyers) received the item and then messaged saying the color isn't what they were wanting/hoping for so they asked for a return, which I politely declined stating returns aren't accepted. They both immediately filed a dispute stating the item doesn't match the description/photo. I just don't have any way to combat this? I can't even give my side of the case? eBay just sides with the seller in 100% of the cases?
