Just wondering if I was the only one, just can't go on that sub anymore for the next couple of months. It's just going to be everyone clowning on Southampton. Rightfully so but some people really are rubbing it in which is undeserving on most of the fans.
I feel like Boro as a team (maybe expect the players and other staff) have been making a big hash of this situation, I feel like they are saying random things to the media to skew the perception of the true events of what happened as a hail Mary for Southampton to kicked out the playoffs and Boro reinstated to play Hull. I feel like the club innocent or found guilty through something different should complain to the EFL for this as it's just lying and bringing the club into more disrepute I get that cheating already brings disrepute but adding more class information like Salt used high tech listening equipment when he had an iPhone is just pouring salt into the wounds. Surely the club should complain saying Boro is raising allegations that aren't true. I feel like they are making this seem like the club committed mass murder or got 115 charges on our heads.
Tldr - Could Southampton complain to the EFL due to Boro making shit up e.g High tech listening equipment, and allegedly other clubs helping them but the ones the media are talking about denied any involvement, (Hull and Norwich).
Truthfully, if other clubs are involved, it does worry me as that could lead to a serious punishment but I'm quite annoyed about it being sensationalised.
