How to improve my english speaking and writing skills after highschool?

As a mandarin speaker, it is difficult for me to speak fluent english and sometimes I stutter a lot. Are there any ways for me to expand my vocabulary so that I can write and speak english fluently?

I am thinking about maybe I should stop using chinese social medias only use english-majority social medias such as tiktok. Is this a viable decision?

Would appreciate any advice, thank you!

Should I apply to Cambridge for CS?

Should I apply to Cambridge for CS as an international student? I am taking math, furthermath, physics and chem for A Levels and my AS is in oct nov this year. If I were to apply to cambridge, this means that I will be very very busy in october as I need to prepare for AS, TMUA, TARA (for UCL), personal statement and interview.

Personally, I prefer city over rural areas, so I actually prefer London over Cambridge. But my parents had been telling me to apply to Cambridge because "you never try you never know", which I partially agree. Moreover, I heard Cambridge students try very very hard just to get a Second Upper Class whereas Imperial students can get a First Class with hardwork.

However, like most of the asian kids, Cambridge's title is very attractive to me but considering how worse my mental health would become while applying and while in Cambridge (if I do get in), maybe not applying is the right answer for me.
