Hey everyone,

I’m driving myself crazy here. FTM here and this week I went back to work. It kills me I’m leaving my 8 week old daughter but I have to make money.

So I have a pumping room which is a supply room and I’m able to pump but my output is not the same as it is at home. So what am I doing wrong here? It’s the same pump, different collections cups, and I’m looking at pictures of my daughter while pumping. But instead of the usual 4-5oz I’m getting maybe 3oz.

This is killing me, especially since I have to supplement with formula. What the hell am I doing wrong?
