Male or Female? Is it inflamed?
I've been told and always thought that my Sheldon is a boy but now I'm not so sure. I noticed today he has some redness around his back end and it just looks different than normal.
If anyone that knows more than me could confirm I'd appreciate it.
His back end looks better now that he is back in water. He was basking when I came home, could this be a sunburn of sort? Its like the very tip of his tail looks crispy aswell lol. He has a proper UV/UVB bulb so idk why it would be that but need advice. I have no reptile vets around my area.
He's swimming around, fed him and ate as normal all seem okay within himself its just that pink tone I'm concerned about. The pic at the end is most recent pic after he swam around for a bit and ate looks almost normal.
