[FO] Stardew Valley

I'm a few years late, but I just finished this wedding gift for a couple of friends.

Pattern: Personalized Stardew Valley pattern by Wonder4pixels on Etsy.

You can't see it very well in the photos, but the fabric is Oatmeal aida by Loops & Threads, it's bery rustic and looks a bit like it was made out of a burlap sack. (I'm pretty sure I ordered it from 123stitch.)

The junimo in the second photo was crocheted by my sister.

[CHAT] What's your favorite app for stitching?

I recently got a new (Android) tablet and figured it's time to try my hand at using an app to chart my progress instead of printing out pages, taping them together, and marking off my finished stitches with a pencil. (I know, I'm dating myself.😄)

Do all apps read PDF files or would I need to buy charts in a specific format to match the app I'm using? Bonus points for apps that have trial periods.

(I did look in the FAQ for this topic, but only found a list of programs for creating patterns.)

[FO] Amy Winehouse - First Project (2018)

My mom taught me how to cross stitch in 1991. After I finished a very small pattern on a bib for a friend's newborn, I didn't stitch again until I saw this pattern in 2018. I didn't realize what a pain black aida would be, but I somehow managed to not drive myself mad. 😄 I've completed one other project on dark fabric, but it's definitely not my favorite to work with. (Please excuse the white rectangle, I had to remove part of the pattern that was in the photo.)
