I recently decided to get back into Airsoft. Specifically wanted to try a Milsim. I have put a lot of money into getting authentic Russian gear and making a proper themed kit. However! I purchased a E&L AK74M3. My kit is based on SSO… did I wasted money on a gun that isn’t even in service?
For some context, I have lots of pouches, patches, and mounts for my walker headset in the mail. Looking to get some comms too. I plan to change the SPOSN out for Green UF Pro. I also plan to replace the helmet with a real TOR or Spartan. The gun in this image is a real WBP AK74 clone, I am looking at airsoft rifles to get back into things. Any pointers on the kit would be great. I was going for an SSO based kit but rn I feel more like just a more experienced grunt. Please give me some pointers to improve my kit and find some better direction as this is my first.

I have acquired an A-17 in Multicam, would that + Atacs FG uniform be incorrect for an FSB kit? if it is correct please guide me to an appropriate themed kit.
I’m getting back into airsoft and am doing a less serious Milsim later this year. I am more of a real steel collector but I did get an E&L platinum AK74.
I have existing gear but I want to be more on the authentic side. I have an authentic TV-110 and an authentic SSO SPOSN in Atacs FG as a basis. I’m open to any Russian unit to impersonate. I also need to find a setup for the TV-110. I’ve considered running a rig over top of the TV-110 but idk if that’s kosher. Plz share if you have any recommendations
