My Late udssr / chechen war kit

Hello i got this vest off Ebay from a seller and i was wondering if this is the real deal or a repro?

The sling keeps getting loose after a while and I somehow can't find any references if it being mounted on an AK.

Same as last time, I don't have access to real gear, but I try to be as accurate as possible. My helmet arrived. Thi kit is.meant to be early-mid war (2022-2023) Motor-Infantryman. Unfortunately the "Army Branch" and "Unit Type" patches are covered by shoulder pads. But they are present. Hope you don't mind my experiments with lighting))))

As for the patches, I would respectfully disagree with many of you. They objectively were/are common, especially the generic ones like the flag, blood type and “Z”. You do have a point, though. They generally are worn more on the side, so I'll move them a bit.

As for the shoulder and groin pads, yes, they aren't all that popular to wear. But Stormtroopers use/d them, so I don't really see a big issue. Yes, the original Ratnik-6 ones were never particularly popular among soldiers, but I find them quite comfy. And I don't see an issue with wearing standard-issue equipment and calling it accurate. After all, it's pretty reasonable to say that some soldiers wore exactly the full official kit that was issued to them.

For those who have authenticity issues with the kit: I repeat, just treat this as a cosplay/LARP kit. Jeez, we're guys playing with toy guns. No need to take ourselves so seriously.

-6sh112 as a belt, 117 would be better and a warbelt would be best but don't have the money rn.

as clothes im using emerson gear g3 copy pants and just an partizan jacket or an fleece. What's your recommendation for a jacket? maybe an 5th layer emr vkbo or some multicam one?

Planning on getting the fma thick and heavy maritime helmet and kitting it out with Russian covers and a back pouch etc.
