Need Help Choosing Between AOC U27G4 and MSI MAG 275UPD E14 (Both same price)

Hey everyone, I’m thinking about buying either the AOC U27G4 27" 4K 160Hz / FHD 320Hz IPS Dual Refresh Rate monitor or the MSI MAG 275UPD E14 27" 4K UHD IPS 144Hz Dual Mode monitor.

Does anyone here have experience with either of them?
How’s the image quality, motion clarity, HDR, and overall gaming experience? Also wondering about things like ghosting, input lag, and whether the dual mode feature is actually useful in real use.

Which one would you personally choose and do you think they’re worth buying?

I mainly play competitive games but also want good 4K visuals for single-player games and media.
