Found this while I was cleaning.

Found this while I was cleaning up it has no disc inside, ironic right? I lost it when my dad sold most of my games to get little satisfaction with drugs and alcohol and all my ps2s which were 3 of them, each had 2 controllers one of the ps2 had this game inside. I also have a bunch of games left I used to trade/share/own with old friends back then.

Rosewood borough (North of Rockport)

Tried recreating Clubhouse & Hollis, but the memory usage was too high so the track is shortened so everything could be decorated

There is also a drift trial open world version on my trackforge profile & a street tier 1 version with 3 AI opponents)

Want to play mw 2005 for the first time. What are the best graphics mods ?

Title.

I want the refined vanilla experience since this will be my first playthrough. So no overhauling mods like car packs, cheats, driving changes or things that change the core gameplay. I want to experience vanilla before jumping into that stuff.

QOL mods that fix shortcomings or mods that make it closer to xbox and the likes are okay.

Graphically, i want a mod that modernises the graphics to today's standard as i find the 360 era blurry piss filter hard to look at. But i would like to keep the original aesthetics of the game aswell. Iike something that improves the graphics, tones down the aged look but also keeps the vibe of the original.

Ive seen rework 2.0 which to me looks like something that improved on the original look while keeping the vibe. Modern edition/enhanced rework changes the look drastically but does look good so im conflicted.

Please suggest how to proceed with modding this game.

I’ve downloaded the NFS MW HD and now all of the blacklist rivals are able to challenged instantly. Any Fixes?

I can challenge any current blacklist rival I’m on without needing to complete any events, milestones or gain any bounty. Is there a way to fix this with the mod or does it just come with the mod?

Why is NFSMW2005 considered as one of the best NFS, even sometime the best arcade racing game?

Hey everyone, recently i've started playing for the first time NFS MW 2005 cause I wanted to drive a little bit and try this famous game. To give a little context, i'm not really that into racing games. I played MW2012 when it came out, I played some burnout paradise, and I still consider it one of the best experience in racing game i've had, the game just clicks for me, and i played a little bit of hot pursuit 2010.

Like I said, i'm not a racing gamer, so I don't really have much experience to judge what is good and what is not in a racing game.

So here goes my question: Why is MW2005 considered so good?

I honestly started playing the game thinking that most of the people thinking it's their favourite and "the best of the best" mainly due to nostalgia, and after putting a few hours into it, i'm kinda reinforced into this idea.

I am currently just before racing against Vic, so the beginning of the game, as Vic is 13# in the list, so maybe later on it gets a lot better but here are my feelings about everything in the game thus far. (I'm still having a good time so I will finish it)

The story and staging feels really outdated and "cringe", but cringe in a good way, like "yeah, that's really 2005 ish". I find it kinda cute in a way, with how is soooo over the top and people take themselves really seriously while talking and acting like parodies of themselves. And also on a more subjective part, i'm not that much into the "street" look of it, but that's just me, if i'd rate the game this wouldn't account in the note.

The music I find really good, at least part of it, but I was already a fan of a lot of group present here, like Celldweller, BFMV or Mastodon, so I'm biased in that regard, still bad that you cannot change the music when you play the game, but it's a 2005 game, i'll cut some slack on that.

And finally, for the main part of the game, the driving, well that's here when i'm kinda lost. Because i really can't deny that I have a good time playing, but I feel the gameplay a bit clunky, and the cars being a bit heavy to drive. Maybe it's due to me being used to BP game where cars flies

It's surprising how good the music was in this game

I've been playing this game since 2007, in fact this is the game that forced my to get a new CPU. I still play this game on and off but I listen to the music every day. I have like two music albums on my phone. MW and Random Access Memory by Daft Punk. MW is my go to album. I've sourced high quality FLAC files of all the music from a "totally legit source 🤐" and damn these songs are good. The entire album. Not a single dull moment.
