So from what I’m seeing I think I may have mild to moderate seborrhoeic dermatitis. I’m going to try using the Nizoral 2% ketaconazole shampoo and see how I go.
I wash my hair twice with shampoo in the shower. Do I use the Nizoral shampoo both times or do I use a regular shampoo for the second wash?
Anyone who uses this, what do you do?

I desperately need help.
I have an extremely dry scalp to the point where it can look quite flaky and dandruff-y when you really look close at it. But then my actual hair strands near my scalp get greasy just one day after washing - washing it every 2 days is too much!
I have naturally frizzy and curly hair but I always style it straight as I don’t suit my curls lol.
I’d say like 8 years ago back when I was in secondary school my hair was thick and beautiful and would last a whole week without a wash. It has done a complete 180 since then.
Any recommendations for any shampoos and conditioners oils etc ? I’d really appreciate it x
I currently use either Oaui detox shampoo, Joico defy damage or just a regular Pantene one. Nothing seems to be working really 😭
