First workout back recommendations!

Before a miscarriage last what and pregnancy this heat I was doing 2 HITT classes a week, running about 10 miles a week, and strength training multiple times a week. Usually was outside for a walk every day.

I’m 12.5 weeks into pregnancy and have not moved my body in any capacity due to nausea since week 6. From the day I found out at 3.5 weeks to 6 weeks all I wanted to do was run, so I was run/walking 4.5 miles every other day. Stopped at 6 weeks and haven’t been back since.

I think I’m ready to go back, what do I do in the first week?! What did you do that felt good?! I know I’m going to be much slower but I do want to get back in shape and strong!
