What baby product made feeding easier when you were solo parenting?

My partner is traveling for work next month and I'll be handling nights by myself for the first time. For those who've done the solo-parenting thing, what feeding-related product actually helped the most?

Looking back, was there anything you bought that made bottles, warming, washing, or feeding noticeably easier when you didn't have an extra set of hands?

CPAP users who fight congestion what nasal routine actually let you keep the mask on?

CPAP works so much better for me when my nose is clear, which is the whole problem congestion makes nasal CPAP almost unusable, and I'm trying hard not to lean on Afrin to force it open. So far: saline helps a little, steroid spray is hit or miss, humidifier setting helps some. I know decongestants long-term are a trap.

for the cpap users who actually solved the congestion side long term, was it a specific spray, a rinse routine, treating allergies properly, a chinstrap, machine settings? trying to build something that doesn't depend on afrin.
