What Pool Safety Stuff Should I focus on this summer at a beach house rental?
Hello! My extended family and I are taking an OBX trip this summer and like always the house we are renting has a pool and hot tub. We do this trip every 3-4 years and this is the first time we will have mobile children with us.
We will have 3 toddlers (ages 20 months to 3 years old) and an 11 month old baby on the trip. The house we picked thankfully seems to have a fence around just the pool which is uncommon to find so that will be helpful.
What else should we think about bringing or doing to keep the littles safe around the pool and just in the house?? It’s going to be a total of 20 people there including the littles.
Mainly curious what others have brought with them or done to be sure we will all be safe around the pool. My husband who used to be a lifeguard is terrified of this trip so I am trying to ease his nerves and be prepared ahead of time. The trip is in August so we have plenty of time to get stuff we may need!
