nanny parents and nanny’s, feel free to chime in. I just want to know what the thoughts are on when your nanny has to take a bathroom break if it’s weird for them to take the children or child in there with them. My nanny kids are two and three years old so I can’t leave them out because of stairs and just typical toddler stuff haha
