Anyone know which perfume house has the best oil for Neroli Outrenoir? Looking to make a bottle of it myself but seems like most of the houses (UPC, GP, APO etc.) all seem to stock some version of it

Came across this fragrance recently and by god is it the most heavenly scent I've ever come across. However 650 dollars for a single bottle is absolutely ludicrous. Anyone know of any dupes or clones that are cheaper?

Alternatively, any oils that are good impressions of Neroli Outrenoir that I can convert into a spray
