I started as an associate in the AWM Houston practice in October 2024. I just received the news yesterday that I will be promoted to senior this summer! Frankly I am burnt out from AWM as my busy season was pretty much 8 months of the year and was working 70+ hours most weeks. I have the opportunity to transfer to either the Insurance or EU&R practice. I am wondering if any one has any insight or can tell me how their experience has been in either sector and give me any pros and cons for each practice. Thank you in advance!
