Swag hunt from Japan

I traveled to Japan for a month and slowly grew my collection of our Captain's merch from every Hololive, Bookoff, Lanshinbang I had the chance to stop by. Here's what I came home with for those interested. There was so much more I wanted but just simply did not have the room for. Not pictured are some doujins. If this post gets traction I'll be happy to make another featuring thenm. I also have Suisei-chan merch, but Marine is my number 1.

CJ value question

I'm looking at purchasing this 1984 CJ7, with a 5.9L AMC 360 V8 swap from the 90s, from a family friend. My question is, is it worth the $15k that the owner and I are currently sitting at for it's sale price. He had the original Garnet seats and center console, and bikini and half doors to go with it, and the tires are relatively new. Kept in a barn it's whole life, the frame, motor and transmission are in excellent with good maintenance, but the rear quarter panels are rusted out (behind the diamond plate). If I'm willing to put in the work, would you all feel this is a good price?
