Hello,
I applied to some Marriott properties in my city for sous chef and got email back the next day about an assessment test. Any tips or advice for it? I'm actually taking a step down from my current position for this and know my kitchen and management skills should be well above what they are asking for but tests like this before I actually get to interview tend to stress me out, so any tips or suggestions for the assessment test would be greatly appreciated.
