What Japanese knife would you recommend for a gift?
Hello, My adult son loves to cook and is really into Japanese kitchen knives. I’d like to get him something for his birthday, but I don’t know which knives he already owns or what he’d want next. I’d rather not spoil the surprise by asking him. What would you recommend?
