[homemade] This was my go-to snack growing up in Ghana

This is a simple Ghanaian dish/snack made from gari (granulated cassava), roasted peanuts, milk powder, and sugar.

Growing up, it was one of my favorite things to eat when I wanted something quick, filling, and crunchy. Some people eat it dry like this, while others add cold water to make it more of a meal.

I was curious what people from outside West Africa think it looks like. Would you try it?
