Sharing my Nintendo games list with brief explanations

Sharing my Nintendo games list with brief explanations

I keep the list containing Nintendo-published titles

- First Game (Super Mario Advance 2): It's hard to pinpoint what my first Nintendo game was on my first Nintendo console (GBA), but I think this is what I remember playing as young as I was back then.

- Current Game (Smash Ultimate): I currently play a handful of Nintendo games concurrently, but to avoid repeating in the list, I chose Smash lol.

- Favorite Game (Pokémon Sapphire): The impact this game brought into my life will never be topped.
Honorable Mention: Xenoblade Chronicles

- Least Favorite Game (Wii Music): I took a lot of time thinking about this, because I usually enjoy games I play. But as far as I remember, this game gave me the least fun, as there is little this game offers aside from the main gameplay. Honorable Mention (Hey Pikmin)

- Underrated (Cruis'n Blast): Okay, I have to dig deep into this to make this entry a legitimately underrated one. I've only played this in arcades (I believe there's a Switch port of it, but I haven't seen any physical copies of it), and the latest entry of Nintendo's little-known arcade racing series gave me short bursts of fun when I'm bored in the mall.
Honorable Mention (Sin and Punishment: Star Successor)

- Nostalgia (Advanced Wars 2): This game gave me the most nostalgia because I've poured a lot of hours into this gem when I was a kid, and I haven't played this since (I haven't played the remakes either).
Honorable Mention (Mario Kart: Super Circuit)

- Must Play (Zelda: Breath of the Wild): Actually, this is the current game I'm putting the most hours into, but at the same time, I believe that this is one of the best games to recommend because of the infinite ways to play this game.
Honorable Mention (Super Smash Bros. Ultimate)

- Guilty Pleasure (Mario Party 8): Based on online discourse, I think this is one of the weaker of the Hudson Soft Mario Party games (I haven't played Advance, which might be the weakest), but I love the variety of the board themes that you can still have fun while playing alone.
Honorable Mention (Metroid: Other M)

- Genuine Fun (Kirby: Squeak Squad): When I think about this game, I remember the fun of using different power-ups to finish a level (The UFO one is the best!)
Honorable Mention (Pokemon Ranger)

- Overrated (Twilight Princess): It's not about the story, graphics, or gameplay, but because I can't finish the game as I feel nauseous while playing it! It might be because Link is too near the camera (I am diagnosed with high myopia or nearsightedness and currently wearing prescription glasses). And I've never heard anyone online who suffers from the same fate when playing this game.
Honorable Mention (Kid Icarus: Uprising)

- Peak Gameplay (Super Mario Odyssey): I love playing this game. The movement is fluid, the gameplay mechanics are intuitive, the worlds are vast yet full of content, and collecting power moons is not tedious at all!
Honorable Mention (BOTW)

- Best Soundtrack (Xenoblade Chronicles): The music from this game makes you immerse yourself in the world. I commend the music in cutscenes, as it sells the emotions of each scene exceptionally well.
Honorable Mention (Super Mario Galaxy)

- Sequel that Deserved More (Days of Ruin): I don't know why a lot of people don't talk about this. If you love Advance Wars, play this game in any form (wink), as the story is unique and the theme of the world adds a twist to the series.
Honorable Mention (Sin and Punishment: Star Successor)

- Classic Fave (Super Mario 64): The first time I played this game, it instantly made sense to me why it's one of the best games of all time. I can't believe Nintendo pulled this out in 1996. The controls might be clunky in current standards, but you can still have a lot of fun in this one, as you would have in the current Mario games.
Honorable Mention (Super Mario World)

- Game always comes back to (Mario Kart 8 Deluxe): It can be a toss-up between Smash U, BOTW, or this game for me. As for this game, I criticize the fact that every character and track is already unlocked (I understand that it is by design), but with different modes and smooth gameplay, I can never stop going back to this game!

EDIT: replaced Mario Kart 9 Deluxe into 8 Deluxe
