I know that not everything needs to be explained but scratch’s presence in the circus really confuses me. Why did Caine panic at the mention of him? Feels like he was kinda seeded as important in the last few episodes without much follow up. Also thought Kinger dramatically mentioning his tumor during exposition was going to be relevant.
