What I like to do in order to optimize my training is to rename my expedition staff with a ‘training plan’ to cover the map. I give them names that include their planned training levels.
The screens below cover Bone Belt, Two Point Sea and parts of the Netherworld.
It’s no biggie but helps avoiding blocking a useful expedition member with the wrong training.
If you look at the draw you now have a situation where Germany, France, Netherlands, Morocco (could have been Brazil) are in a single quarter of the draw. Spain will likely join them in the same half. And that's despite all the teams winning their groups as would be expected (GER, FRA, NED and likely SPA), Morocco was second, as would be expected. The other half has Brazil and Argentina but in separate quarters.
I just find it weird that at least four top teams end up in one quarter of the draw, while winning their group or ending second (Morocco). One quarter, not one half.
I’m wondering if the HRE is buffed for stability of the realm?
In my latest playthrough I launched a legendary adventure from the Himalaya to Frisia with my OP army. I murdered five emperors in 20 years. Conquered West Francia, East Francia, Lotharingia, Bavaria and they still never have any internal strife.
In my previous play throughs they also seemed to keep going strong after similar assaults. And since the destruction of the HRE is always my top priority I’m annoyed I have to fight them to the last county 🤣
