This game seriously needs a Gravity Falls DLC

Was playing it with Gravity Falls playing in the background, first tome I’ve really sat down and watched the show and realised how super similar the concept of the game is to the show, trying to run a showroom of crazy stuff to make money out of tourists

I’d love a DLC where Stan is your guide on how to create a great museum of all the freaky stuff in the town and forest. You could go on expeditions into the forest and nearby town and such to find all kinds of crazy stuff from the show, or you could just find junk you could glue together to create your own weird exhibits and claim they are supernatural creatures or items like Stan and Soos do

Some interactive displays are more annoying than useful

Have you guys noticed that some interactive displays like the arcade machines and the winter display that gives gifts are liked TOO MUCH by visitors, that form long queues to use them even if I put 4 of them next to each other?

I've been thinking of deleting them from my museums.

On the contrary art experts doing performances entertain a lot of people and visitors don't get stuck waiting for them.

Terrain borders

I’m working on my Zoo and trying to extend my building. I was able to do that but when I tried to edit the terrain to move the helicopter the terrain looks all “splotchy” on the edges. How do I fix this?

Playstation 5 or Nintendo Switch 2?

Hello everyone! I finally finished TP Campus after backlogging it for a year or so!

I'm about to pickup a TP Museum copy, but which platform does better?

I've read issues on PS5 and some on Nintendo Switch 2 especially on Mega build but I'm
not sure if they get patched already.

Any input whether to pickup on PS5 base or NSW2 is really appreciated.

If both have same lagging issues on big build I'll probably pickup on NSW2 due to portability.

Thank you, have a nice day!

School Trip - Interactive Display

Currently playing through the marine museum and each time the school trip visits I get a letter stating I need more interactive displays. I already have 3 placed down. Tuna Forks, Realization Station and the Prehistory Playground.

Do I really need more?? Or is it that I need to scatter them around? I currently have them all in their own section.

Buttons on Switch 2 stop working after 20-30 mins of gameplay every time 😭

I’ve tried restarting my switch, confirmed whole software is stored on system and not SD card, software is updated and it still happens

I don’t know what triggers it or if maybe my museum is too big? It’s across 4-5 plots in sandbox.

I can only zoom in and out, get notifications, but can’t press any other buttons.

Does anyone have tips to solve? I have to close out of the app each time - other times it just totally crashes. 😭

Is museum's modding good like in TP hospital?

I want to make paintings, floor& walls etc but don't know if it has an integrated, easy to use system like TPH or its harder.

thx in advance.

I rebuilt my museum 4 times to figure out this layout - here's what actually worked (10 tips)

I rebuilt my museum 4 times to figure out the layout — here's what actually works (10 tips)

Right, so after four full rebuilds I finally cracked what separates a museum that *looks* good from one that actually performs well on Buzz and guest happiness.

Made a ~7 min video covering 10 layout tips — highlights include:

- The **4-tile entrance buffer** (stops the bottleneck at the door)

- **Hiding staff rooms behind exhibit walls** so your team isn't cutting through guest traffic

- The **2-tile clear zone around exhibits** to hit the full happiness bonus

- Grouping food, seating and toilets into **central hubs** — massively reduces wandering

- The **green overlay trick** to visually confirm you've hit 5-star exhibit quality

Not a sponsored thing, just a guide I genuinely wanted to exist when I started. Hope it helps someone 👍

Dear Two Point Team: PLEASE make it easier to max decor buzz with art exhibits!

As others have said, art museums aren’t typically cluttered with crates and paint cans and giant crayons. I get the whole goofy playful vibe but it really doesn’t go with most people’s idea of an art museum. It’s also so hard to max the buzz decor when decorating outdoors. Players end up having to hide decals under items just to rack up decor points (saw this tip on this sub!)

PLEASE, please let us decorate minimally without compromising the buzz decor!

If anything, I’d prefer satirical gentrified items/rooms to poke fun at the millennial gentrification of industrial buildings. For instance, instead of a cafeteria I wish we got a craft beer brewery with industrial metal stools and wooden block table tops. Would have also loved a room where the art experts can teach guests pottery or painting!

Still, TPM is my favourite game and the team has once again done a great job with the expansion.

New decor and interactive display ideas

Just have a few ideas that would be great options to choose from. What does everyone think. What would you like to see

-Snow themed decorations: A snowman, a winter leafless tree, snow covered pine tree, icicles on the ground or pointed glaciers, hanging snowflakes or icicles from ceiling, hanging snowflake or icicle lights, snowflake floor lamps, Aurora borealis wall lights, animal cardboard cutouts of winter animals and other animals too, Igloo iceblock archway, igloo iceblocks, ice statues, frozen water fountain, ice pillars

-Snow themed interactive displays: Snowball fighting arena, winter reskin to the snake slide or the sprungbok rider, penguin photo op reskin and other animals too

-Botany interactive display: a mini community garden or greenhouse

-General Interactive displays: Photo Booth, the return of the newsagent, pinball machine, swing set, teeter totter

-Outdoor interactive decor: fireworks display stand

-Marine fish tank- more options-have a tank tunnel-where people can walk through a tank to the other side without going around it, or a viewing dome in the tank like a terrarium. Interactive hands on the glass like when you handle corrosive materials.

-Marine interactive display: koi fish pond, touching tank, waterfall wishing fountain, sea monster or mermaid kiddie ride

-Supernatural decor: Will-o-wisps, bones, potion bottles, spiders, cobwebs, bats, jack-o-lanterns, stained glass windows, upside down cross, gargoyle statues, gargoyle wall statue, wall portal (where several ghost hands are reaching out)

-Supernatural interactive display: potion brewing station, conjuring podium, tarot reading table or station, fortune teller

-Space interactive display: red rocket kiddie ride or spaceship kiddie ride

-Prehistoric interactive display: Dino kiddie ride, dinosaur themed triceratops mechanical bull

- Cafeteria: self service buffet counter, bakery display case, salad bar counter, trolley with dishes, double door refrigerator

Loving Arty-facts, decided to go back to Zooseum/Silverbottom Park and raze it - need advice

I had so much fun learning from you all and redesigning many of the other museums, but I am so struggling with this one. Any suggestions on what to do to make it better? (It is a work in progress, like obviously I need entrances to the copters - but I am stumped on where to go from here). I have been going through posts here and some youtube videos, but something isn't clicking. Maybe it just isn't the DLC for me?

Something about the size of the habitats vs creating visually interesting and vaguely path friendly museums areas is just so hard. For the first time I am trying to make some of those staff only corridors - my original build was such a hot mess. Giant map, everything too far away from experts, animals neglected, workshops idling, etc despite trying to be strategic. Hopefully these will help efficiency.

How to make experts level up faster??

I'm stuck at the Undee Docks part where you need an expert to understand five emotions. But it takes a long while for them to level up. I've already got all Famous Art pieces, so I'm just spamming 'Create Art' with them to ty and increase their level, but it takes a good while. Is there any way to do it that I'm missing?

Is there a way to know which expert is the author of a work of art? And viceversa.

So I was looking and I couldnt find anywhere a link between an expert and the works they made. Im about to make a sheet but I wanted to ask first.

If there isnt any, I hope the devs can add it in a future update.

Do guests get in without paying via Side Entrances?

I see them come in through said doors and I do wonder if they bypass paying for entry by using them?

Remote Rock Museum Pop Up

I'm playing through the campaign and need to finish Remote Rock pop up. Ideally I would like to get gold, but a lot of the exhibits are for Supernatural. I haven't played through that DLC yet so I don't have any of the decor to get max buzz on the exhibits.

Should I play through that first? Or does max buzz on exhibits not matter here?

Reaching museum level 25 on memento mile

I’ve gone back to my Memento Mile museum. It’s at 2 stars, and I have been putting hours into it. I’ve decided not to expand and instead am focusing on:

- Getting all staff with open training slots trained up with new skills
- Ensuring all dinosaur exhibits are complete ( done ✅)
- Ensuring all exhibits in botany, amber, and frozen are pristine and have full knowledge points

My level has only progressed from 21/25 to 22/25 in about 3 hours of play. Any tips/tricks or ideas to help push that museum level up would be much appreciated! Thank you 😊
