Losing Job

Well because my computer had a screen update/driver update at work I can no longer use the pc I've been using fine for years.

They are struggling to find a solution for me and are saying they won't roll back the screen update.

It's very likely I'm going to lose my job over this. I'm so sick of having this sensitivity. It absolutely is a disability, software developers and companies need to take note that this isn't fair and they have to stop allowing this type of TD without a way to turn it off for people that have a disability/sensitivity to it...

IT - temporal dithering REASONABLE ADJUSTMENT

Bit of a difficult one. I really need some help from someone who understands large companies and IT processes please.

I have a sensitivity to temporal dithering and the driver updates/screen updates are causing flickering that is affecting my role.

I've asked if the company can roll back these driver updates/screen updates as they are causing me extreme sensitivity and it gives me neurological issues.

They are saying they can't put a bubble around me to do this. I know that traders in my company are placed on stable gpus so there is this but it seems as though they don't want to do this. They are arguing that the updates are necessary for the company security. I am asking just that the screen updates/gpu updates are stopped not the security updates.

The person I am dealing with in the business doesn't seem very knowledgeable in this area and it feels as though they are not wanting the manual work of having to put this updates back if they happen.

Can someone help with this please who understands and can offer some solutioms because I'm very worried I will lose my job. Really need some advice please.
