Balanced sweet treat snack
19 g Carbs, 19 g Protein
2/3 cup low fat plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup sugar free cool whip
1 T sugar free chocolate pudding mix (to taste)
5 strawberries
Sugar free whipped cream
85% dark cocoa micrograted on top.
Made it tonight. Cool whip got rid of the greek yogurt texture, and made it sweeter. Chocolate obviously is good, and now I can pretend I'm eating ice cream.
