Help with basic PowerPoint prompt with company template
I commonly want to take a bunch of text information, usually in the form of 5-10 major sections with bulleted details, and have Copilot put this into slides using my company's PowerPoint template.
Things that have gone wrong:
Copilot does not use the template at all, even though I attach it to the chat and clearly say to use it
Copilot uses the template initially, but then when I ask for tweaks/modifications to the first draft, it recreates it without the template
Adding a bunch of random images that it thinks are applicable, sometimes even after my prompt says "do not add any images
Transfers my text info to slides, but has the text size so big and the text boxes misplaced, with a bunch of info not fitting on the slide
Rearranges my information into a different order, attempting to group things it thinks are related, even if I explicitly say "do not reorganize"
Even though I think my company template is pretty well organized, with blank slides for title, section headers, content slides, etc., sometimes copilot will transfer all my text info into a bunch of title slides instead of content slides.
Please help. I am very new to Copilot.
