Feedback and Tips please🙏
I didn't have much bounce here since I've been heavily inactive. I want to fix my approach and form, I'll probably be back in a month after fixing my body condition where I'll be back to my normal athleticism. But for now, that's what my body can manage. I noticed my penultimate kinda got weaker and my approach was a bit slow and dragging. (Had to adjust to the right for the slight-inside set.)
Any tips for fixing my block foot? That's my biggest concern right now.
